The app is well-organized, and all products are neatly categorized, making browsing and selection very efficient. One of the standout features is the customer service. Lorie, in particular, has been incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and responsive — sometimes replying to emails in under 5 minutes! The order fulfillment process is also very user-friendly and always on time. Overall, Trendsi has made managing our store much easier. Highly recommend!

I was having an issue with the custom branding labels for almost a month now. I got ahold of someone in the 24/7 chat but unfortunately he was not much help at all. I was stressing because my website is launching next week and I was still without custom branding labels. I waited 24-48 hours for him to email me back as he promised and I heard nothing from him. I logged in today and used the chat one more time very faithful, this time around I was helped by a nice lady named ANYA! She was so much help, I could tell she genuinely wanted to help me resolve my issue, she sent step by step direction. Screen recordings to help me navigate and solve my problem, im now one step closer to having a successful website launch all thanks to Anya, I truly appreciate her hard work!

This app is very useful for retail. It not only provides clothing but also private labeling and warehousing, which is great for an individual business to be able to get their name out there. I absolutely love trendsi! They actually have men's clothes for one! I've felt that men's dropship clothing is VERY hard to find! And luckily it seems like their men's section is growing. Great for women's clothing too obviously. Trendsi is my #1 dropship supplier for clothing on my site. Only things I would suggest that I think would make trendsi even more awesome is if they had more skinny/fitting clothes for men, had a lower MOQ for branding cause unfortunately, I cant use that feature and just a whole lot more men's ;P Also im mostly attracted to the more different and not so normal stuff they have. They definitely arent mundane
