Lorena has been great help for me. She made sure to put in a feedback request for the coding team to fix an issue with an out of date store name displayed on my trendsi account. Hope it gets fixed soon. I commend her for the helpful support.

I’ve just started using Trendsi for my Shopify dropshipping store, and so far, the experience has been really positive. The app is very easy to navigate, and the setup process was smooth, which is a huge plus when you're just starting out. Even though I’m still in the early stages, I’ve found the product selection to be stylish and well-organized. Importing items to my store was quick and simple, and everything feels beginner-friendly so far. I haven’t had to contact support yet, but everything is working well and I’m excited to continue using Trendsi as I grow my store. Definitely a promising start!

I just opened my store and so far so good. I had a couple of problems with setting up but Mariel was very helpful and we got it fixed.

Its very Easy to sync products in my shopify store! Anya have been very helpful and was able to resolve the issue i have with my shopify integration. The products was showing all sold out on my website but now its fixed!!!

Harold, customer service representative was awesome. Quick response time with clarification.

I just opened my online store and Trendsi customer service is AMAZING!! Mariel is such a huge help as well with going above and beyond answering my questions and explain exactly what I need to do in order to execute what I am wanting. Currently very thankful and looking forward to continuing to work with Trendsi and their staff.

I was having an issue with the custom branding labels for almost a month. I was helped by a nice lady named ANYA! She was so much help, I could tell she genuinely wanted to resolve my issue, she sent step by step directions, Screen recordings to help me navigate and solve my problem, im now one step closer to having a successful website launch all thanks to Anya, I truly appreciate her hard work!

Harold is patient and very helpful. He’s been supportive with getting me started and with all my questions. Still working my way through the app. So far, it seems like a good addition to my store.
