full transparency, i just started using Trendsi today. However it's clear that they have a great selection and beautiful layout that's simple to use.. Also important, my first experiences with customer support went great thanks to Charles and than Lorie. Thanks for the swift replies and answers to my questions.

Trendsi is very user friendly and easy to use for beginners like me! I had trouble with the shipping when I was doing a test order on my site. The customer support responded in a timely manner. Anya helped me with my problems. She was very patient and nice. In the end, I was able to do a test order with the shipping rates! Thank you, Anya! This gives me an optimistic feeling about my brand and having Trendsi as my supplier!

I have a few questions regarding return policy and also seller requirements and I just used their Live Support to raise these questions. The representative, Raymart, answered all my questions and concerns, and I am now much more comfortable to start my drop-shipping website.
