Great first experience with customer service! I worked with Mikah when a customer had been sent the wrong item. It was a very smooth experience and was rectified immediately. Mikah was a pleasure to work with as she answered all of my questions and anticipated several others that I had. I had a customer enter the wrong shipping address and I was panicking because there was not a clear option to edit this, and half the order was through our store and the other half Trendsi. The Trendsi portion was already processing and ready for pickup. I got on the Chat immediately and Ria was a huge help! It was quite simple, but I had no idea how to adjust it.
