I was having an issue with the custom branding labels for almost a month now. I got ahold of someone in the 24/7 chat but unfortunately he was not much help at all. I was stressing because my website is launching next week and I was still without custom branding labels. I waited 24-48 hours for him to email me back as he promised and I heard nothing from him.
