The Tipo team, especially Laura, are excellent and helped us customise our booking app exactly as we needed. Since they have a large time difference to the US, it takes a day to get responses, but as long as you tell them exactly what you need, they will work on it while you are off line and have edits ready for you to see when you check back in. The app itself is perfect for what we need and can customise beautifully with your website.

I am very impressed with this app. It's perfect for my Christmas event bookings. It's customisable, works well and is easy for the customer to understand. I asked for something specific to be changed with the app and Laura was so helpful. I got a quick response and the developers actually made modifications for me overnight. The support is very helpful and the appointment booking system that they offer is very useful. I have tested a few but this one is still one of the best appointment booking apps on shopify

Very easy to use app that I have set up on a second store it is so good. I find it very easy to use and any issues that come up support is right there! Laura was a great help to us in fixing a couple of things and ensuring it was set up as best needed for our Tarot Readings and Healing Sessions. I still can't believe its free. Amazing.

The app works well. Could be a bit more user friendly as it's quite tricky to work out where it gets its inputs from for the info used in the booking. I'm using it to allow hosts to book our room for workshops so a little different to how most people use it probably. The chat help feature is good and they always resolve any problems I have within 24 hours.

It is quite a good booking app. I'm thankful for the support team, special mention to Laura, who has helped to resolve an ongoing issue quickly and efficiently.

App does exactly what it says it does. Despite running into a few issues/bugs, the Service Team was by far in a way the most helpful service team I have dealt with! Laura was quick to respond and able to quickly and effectively resolve any issues I had and was very communicative through every step of the process.

I would've liked some more native features in the app but it's a seamless booking app & customizable witch is what you want for your business. The support team is fantastic - responsive, efficient, and quick to turn around custom requests.

I've just started using it. We are a tour company operating in Turkey. The app wasn't meeting some of our needs perfectly. They were very helpful with quick support and solutions. It's currently free, hopefully it stays that way forever. But even if it doesn't, it's an app that deserves a reasonable fee. I also want to thank Laura for supporting us.
