I have 2 stores and I am from Bulgaria and I want to tell you that these guys from the app integrated both my stores in 1 Google Calendar and also did some uniqe translations for me so my patients can use the app without needing to translate anything. I highly recommend this app it is so good, really and don't hesitate. If you find anything that is lacking in the app, just contact the support :)

Just set this thing up, it seems quite easy - I ask a question on how to and while waiting for response I understand how to do it myself. Support - I talked to Laura - is really great and nice! Will help you with everything. But they really need to update their documentation so people can set this app up without so many questions :)

Laura was really helpful when I needed assistance with the booking system today. Despite the time difference she managed to figure out what I'd missed and get me the help I needed. This is often the case whenever I've needed assistance. The updates have caught me off guard a few times when things have changed but Laura has always got me back on track promptly. Loading the calendar and checking appointments can sometimes feel a bit long winded (my staff struggle to check appointments without me) but the app generally works well for my business.

I was receiving an edit that wasn’t allowing customers to book on my website. They were very helpful and prompt and correcting the issue. Thank you guys for your help!

The Tipo team, especially Laura, are excellent and helped us customise our booking app exactly as we needed. Since they have a large time difference to the US, it takes a day to get responses, but as long as you tell them exactly what you need, they will work on it while you are off line and have edits ready for you to see when you check back in. The app itself is perfect for what we need and can customise beautifully with your website.

Very easy to use app that I have set up on a second store it is so good. I find it very easy to use and any issues that come up support is right there! Laura was a great help to us in fixing a couple of things and ensuring it was set up as best needed for our Tarot Readings and Healing Sessions. I still can't believe its free. Amazing.
