We use TinyEmail with several brands and everything is working smoothly. The support teams is very quick and effective.

I cannot get the app to sync to my existing TinyEmail account. It keeps creating a new account on install and doesn't keep the existing account logged in no matter how many times I log in. If i refresh the page, it reverts to the account they created automatically during install. The profiles are then synced to the new account and there is no way to unsync it, leaving no room to sync to my already existing account. They have a lot to work on.

Totally useless app. Continously getting error messages during installation. Message always saying they are sorry. Could never instal it, telling me to try again. I tried at least 10 times.

I uninstalled this app after not needing it and have been spammed with acquisition emails since. I have had to unsubscribe 3 times from their email list, and am still getting contacted. Not great coming from an EDM App....

Great app, saves a lot of time and user friendly. A lot more customisation options to get it just how you want it. The staff are extremely friendly and are always happy to help. If you're looking for a great app and support give them a try.

They offer so many amazing features—I’m absolutely loving it! It’s incredibly user-friendly, much easier to navigate than other email tools I’ve tried. Their customer service is lightning-fast and super helpful. A must-have for your Shopify store. Definitely 5 stars and beyond!

I installed this app and start using it. After 2 days this app was frozen and never worked again. However the payment was also deducted after 7 days of trial. I contacted support and provided them the proof but no answer. I have all my subscriber from our website and have consent.
