The team is prompt and effective to fix issues, and even catch some that i haven't thought about. Great app that works well for those in need of a pre order app, on both B2C & B2B plateforms.

We used this app for a new product we were releasing. We had a few issues with the Coming Soon feature, but the support team were on the case and fixed the problem immediately. I would definitely recommend it.

The support team is really responsivie, fixed the UI and functionality issues with our theme in few hours. And I love the app. It would be even better if the team could add a split payment (instalment) feature. I also suggest giving customers the option to either pay in full or just pay a deposit.

Useful APP if you need pre-sales, easy to use and trully appreciate the free onboarding call. In case of issue quick on analysis if escalation needed to technical team efficient on treat the priority if needed. Good APP and good service

Great App! 2nd year I have used this app for our Christmas catering pre-orders, its super easy to install and set up ad help is at hand when required. Fits well with my shopify theme and can change colours etc to fit with my brand. I highly recommend this app.
