The Timeact team are true professionals - they fixed an issue that seemed impossible to solve! Even though the problem wasn’t related to their app, they still found the root cause and made everything work perfectly. The app itself is super convenient and easy to use. I’ve been working with them across two stores, and I’ve never had a single problem. Their support is lightning-fast, polite, and always ready to help. I just want to praise, praise, and praise them! Highly recommend!

I just installed the app, so I can’t give feedback on its effectiveness yet, but I want to highlight the quality of the customer service — they were truly professional, fast, and efficient. That alone already makes all the difference.

This app is so cool. The set up is not hard and it can remind you of how you can use your other apps for other different utensils to make your store a perfect marketplace for dropshipping which in my opinion is a job well done if you do it rightly.

Rochele was very helpful and was able to confirm that I had set up my Timesact preorder profile correctly. The app has been easy to use and will help with my preorder campaigne.

I tried 10 pre order apps before this one and was about to give up! I downloaded this one and the price was good- not crazy and affordable. But the customer service was beyond amazing- I went from almost giving up on having preorders (which is a must have for my store) to having an app that not only worked but I could customize it. Marie and Tudor went above and beyond to help me- Tudor even found an overlap in apps that was annoying customers and just went out of his way to help me, explain things and offer me the best possible service. I need support like this in apps and this one gives you that and more- I’m so grateful to this app, Marie and Tudor- simply amazing and what a huge relief- get the app 10/10
