Must admit I am very disappointed of the app and service. Totally useless. The updates never go smoothly, it's deleting all my theme customizations (which I payed a lot for) and I can't use the updated theme. Most important files need to be configured manually, and I have to hire a developer to make the changes, for extra payment ($300 to be exact). It is ridiculous as a pay you each month for this app.

Love my Turbo theme, and love the Theme Updater. Every year I update my theme to make sure everything runs smoothly. And OOTSB team are always super helpful too! Thanks!

This is a great companion app to the OOTS themes. We hit a few stumbling blocks updating an old theme full of little customisations, but the support team was helpful and swift - thank you, Corey! The new sections are a truly welcome feature, and choosing to install only the ones you need makes a lot of sense.

Sustainable and Regularly Updated I've been using the Turbo theme for years, and I couldn’t imagine switching to another theme for 3 main reasons: - Proven Longevity: Turbo has been around for years, which ensures its sustainability. (It’s tempting to go for flashy themes that seem impressive at first glance, but it’s a trap. If they’re developed by a couple of guys working out of a tiny studio, they often disappear or move on after six months or a year, leaving the theme outdated with no further updates...). - Always Up-to-Date: Turbo is updated promptly to stay compatible with Shopify’s latest features and updates. - Responsive Support: Their support team is incredibly responsive and solves any technical customization issues efficiently.

Absolutely disgusting company... They file fake DMCA notices to merchants who have paid for their themes. Then shopify takes your store down or holds you hostage until they respond... plot twist, they never respond.

Theme update did nog work on the first try. Contacted support and after 30min the issue was fixed! Great app, even better support!

Works great although not all customizations will be transferred although its a lot better than previously. Love the new sections which have been added. Support is also great!

I had a fantastic experience with the OOTS support team. We had an issue with our Shopify store (which I didn't fully understand) and they were incredibly responsive and patient, addressing my questions thoroughly and ensuring I understood every step. I appreciated their clear instructions and attention to detail, which made resolving my issue much easier than I anticipated. Clicking on app -store health check- and a spinning wheel, then nothing. So out of the -sand-box this app does not work.

A definite must if you're getting an Out of the Sandbox theme......you need to keep up with changes and this does it easily. Go Pro and you get additional sections to add to your site.

Garbage, everytime I update the theme is wrecks the customisations. Takes days to figure out, even though I have ticked the ,aintain theme customisations. Deffo not worth paying monthly for, am actively looking for another theme. Now i can't even get the theme updater to work. Shopify are trying to dig me out of the mess caused by out of the sandbox!

Had some difficulty updating due to customization but the team reached out straight away offering their support.

Update to answer: For those who read the response: This in every way incorrect. Our custom code is not slowing down our theme. That is not the issue and our correspondance have been on the same ticket all alone, which has been replied by us continuously. The app has been of no use, please do not disregard your responsibility by making it seem the fault us on us. Downloaded the app to carry over some customs codes (page speed improvements only). The updated theme version didn't even carry over our photos and contacted support. After weeks of requesting updates, finally they reported the issue was fixed and all possible content was carried over. What they did not mention (or may not have checked) was the fact that the updated theme was not functional, even the cart did not work and you could not place an order along with other major errors. I was OK to waive the custom codes and just proceed with a standard carry over, but their solution was to hire Storetasker. I am so disappointed and frustrated of having to wait weeks and finally be referred to a more expensive solution. I can't even proceed with the standard theme unless I hire Storetasker. In addition our Google Traffic is down by almost 50%! As soon as possible we will migrate to a different theme by a different developer. If I could I would give 0 starts!

This app is a lifesaver, it’s saved me hundreds as I normally have to pay someone to bring over my changes and this can take days. I had a small issue and Leo sorted it the same day and even helped me research something which he really didn’t have to. Amazing app, theme and support. Thank you
