I have refunded a lot of money to customers for this about 15%, on average for every 7 orders, 1 order lasts about 2 weeks or more. This absolutely cannot meet the policies on Amazon (VTR over 95%, OTDR 90%) or other E-commerce. So I decided to give up. I've had my offers or accounts suspended by Amazon many times because of Teescape's services. Now Amazon's policies are getting tougher and we could be permanently suspended from selling if we don't change.

Love this app and company!! Jeff and his team are great - give phenomenal customer service quickly. Products are great quality, shipped quickly and never a mistake. Added 7/2020- still thrilled after 3 years working together. Still using them 2/2024 - highly recommend!

Due to a large number of fraudulent orders recently, new accounts are only allowed to process a maximum of 3 orders, or a total of $100 or less, until a review of their account is completed. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I HAVE DONE BUSINESS ON MY OTHER SHOPIFY STORE WITH THEM, AND HAD NO ISSUES, BUT NOW SINCE I HAVE A NEW SHOPIFY STORE, THEY LIMIT TO ONLY 3 ORDERS! I'LL JUST GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE! update: TO TOP IT OFF, YOU GUYS NEVER EVER GAVE ME A REFUND FOR THE 3 ORDERS THAT I HAVE PLACED. I WILL BE FILLING A COMPLANT WITH THE BBB AND FILING A CHARGEBACK WITH MY BANK TO GET MY MONEY BACK! TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTION? They do not care about your business at all anymore! I loved the way the used to be, when they used to ship on time and i'm grateful for the business that i have done with them over the last few years. But now they are have become very slow at getting orders printed and shipped to my customers. Taking two weeks to get orders shipped out to customers is completely unacceptable! I now have to deal with angry customers that have very long wait times. There excuse is that due to the holidays we have slow turnarounds of 5 to 7 business days, Which once again is lies. How can you explain orders from December still not being shipped out?

I don't understand why this app doesn't have a higher overall review rating. I've used just about every POD out there. In the past 2 1/2 years, thousands of orders they've fulfilled for me, and thousands of raving 5 star customer reviews, I can say with absolute confidence, that Teescape is by far the best in the industry. Sure, like every other pod out there, you'll occasionally have a printing error or defective garment. However, on the rare occasion that it happens, and I do mean rare, Teescape has always been quick to respond and quick to fix the problem! So, if you're looking for a flexible POD with a good selection that has amazing print quality, fast turnaround, excellent prices, and superior customer service, I can't recommend these guys enough! Thank you, Teescape, for all that you do! You guys are truly the best of the best!

I've used these guys for years and printed roughly 5000 tees with them with maybe a handful of mistakes which of course is going to happen but they are always fixed immediately when they do. They definetly aren't the cheapest POD but when dealing with cheap you get way more problems. If you want consistency and peace of mind with very few hiccups this is the place to go!!!!

Teescape is amazing. I've worked with several other P.O.D sites and they are by far the best. They ship my orders in less than 4 days on average which is amazing, and their prices are low enough that you don't have to jack your prices up to make a profit. 20,000 orders now and only a few mishaps. Highly recommended!

Teescape is a top notch t-shirt POD company. Support is very quick with most responses taking less than 1 hour during business hours. Shipping is fast and some even ship out the same day. Their DTG quality is excellent, and prices are reasonable. Only downside is that they pretty much only offer apparel items, but that can be a plus as they are excellent at what they do.

Phenomenal help and service. They have given me great advice on a large order that was very important to me. This advice 'saved my bacon'. The product is great and the prices are the best I have found. Very highly recommended.

This is the go-to for t-shirt fulfillment. The shirts ship incredibly fast. I haven't had a single complaint from any of my customers. The app works perfectly and is quick and easy to use. YAY TEESCAPE! I'm so thankful for Teescape! AWESOME customer service, so reliable and kind with their communication. What a breath of fresh air! If you are looking for a dependable teeshirt fulfillment service, Teescape is the way to go! My backstory: Holidays are tough for everyone within the world of retail. I experienced the most difficult holiday of my life (so far) because of my old teeshirt provider's lack of service. My old provider left me in the dirt, right before Christmas, to handle half a months worth of orders that they were just not fulfilling. The old provider literally just ignored my emails. Dealing with their dead end service while customer emails piled up was not fun for me to say the least. Finally, after countless emails to my old provider, I began my search for a new provider. I consider myself blessed by angels because I was fortunate enough to discover TEESCAPE. I came to Teescape with a hefty amount of unfulfilled orders and Jeff took care of me. The entire process of getting all my old orders transferred to Teescape was so much easier than I had anticipated. Jeff took my exported orders sheet and worked his magic on them. Everything was organized, created and sent out within a week, and then he sent me all of the tracking numbers to send to my customers. Finally! I had something to tell my customers. I am pretty positive that all of them received their orders before Christmas as well. That whole interaction could not have gone better, and I am so so so grateful for Jeff at Teescape for helping me get all of my customers their product before Christmas. You're the real MVP Jeff!
