一開始設定比較需要熟悉跟一職用郵件跟人員詢問怎麼操作但後面就簡單多了

Jamie服務很貼心，平台剛上架資訊量過大也不用太擔心，他們會協助處理相關設定，若遇到不是他們App事務的，也會盡可能幫忙，推薦大家可以安裝～

希望可以有電話可以快速確認。已經開通方案但是因為不確定使用方式而無法開通只能靜靜等待，覺得浪費時間。

專員/客服態度良好且用心回覆問題，感謝人員的協助，現階使用上大致順暢，期望改善 (1)客服回覆速度能夠再即時一點，目前僅能透過mail 方式詢問，顧客有突發狀況無法即時處理；(2)顧客變更配送方式，需要逐一修改參數欄位，有點不便利；(3)顧客發生點選公司戶電子發票，僅有統編 但沒有輸入公司名稱，仍可成立訂單，後續處理不便。
