An absolute nightmare to set up — do not believe the “plug and play,” “easy setup,” and “Shopify store” claims. After two days, the tag is still not working properly, and this has had a direct impact on my business performance. I’ve spent hours on chats with multiple support reps and developers, and yesterday alone I spoke to three different people who all told me it was working correctly — but each one gave me conflicting instructions about what to change. If I hadn’t already invested so much time trying to make this work, I’d have uninstalled it already. If it’s not fixed by the end of today, I’ll be deleting the app and reverting to my previous setup. Right now, I have zero confidence in either the data or the support.

Die App ist einfach und Übersichtlich und der Service beim einrichten war super einfach. Das Service Team ist echt schnell und zuverlässig :) Geholfen hat mir Cam die mein Einstellungen innerhalb von Minuten überprüft und angepasst hat. Kann ich nur empfehlen :)
