The integration only works via the GA4 setup. Despite assistance from Customer Services—who were very responsive and helpful—we were unable to get goals working directly within Google Ads. In the end, the only solution that worked was to pass the goals from GA4 to Google Ads. This setup was the only one that functioned as intended.

The reasons I uninstalled this app after MANY hours of integration and attempts to correct data accuracy issues: 1. This app does not track the full information of the customer journey that I need through all of the platform integrations of GA4, FB/IG, TikTok 2. This app does not provide basic reporting and exporting abilities to track over time for analysis 3. This app has not worked properly with updated data abilities since upgrading. I have spent several hours (late at night) to try to resolve this with customer service to no full resolution. 4. My experience with customer service has been poor. Issues have not been fully resolved. Each of the six times I’ve started working with customer service, I have had to start from the beginning, going over the same information, with no resolve. I have been told that the developers would fix it, or be in contact when they did not follow through, or resolve the issue, or only partly resolved the issue.

The TagFly team supported me throughout the entire installation process and was always available to answer my questions. Their support was fast, helpful, and highly professional. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had with a Shopify plugin. Bravo – keep up the great work!

The support is great and they seem genuinely helpful and nice, but I had problems since day one. (Google Ads not tracking, Meta tracking but not assigning events to the campaigns anymore...) I don't know if I just got unlucky, because I see these amazing ratings, but really double check your conversions because in my case both Google/Meta were really off. Luca

Easy installation, very good support and just a complete game changer when you need to track conversions on many channels. I tried to implement tracking without an app first, that was a waste of time when you can use this app instead.

This app is amazing. It's well built, manageable inside Shopify, straightforward installation and guidence through setup. For the first time ever I got my purchases matched 100% in GA4 to the Shopify reported sales. On top of that, we got some issues regarding recent GTM changes about automatic Google tags, and their support team was amazing - top level service and response times despite our different time zones.

Setting up Google Ads conversions took a very long time. However, everything was connected. The Google Ads panel does not alert about errors, but I am not yet sure about the reliability of the data flowing to Google Ads thanks to the plug-in. Contact with support is definitely a plus. The instruction on how to connect Google Ads is a minus, as it contains an error that prevented us from transmitting data to Google Ads.
