An absolute nightmare to set up — do not believe the “plug and play,” “easy setup,” and “Shopify store” claims. After two days, the tag is still not working properly, and this has had a direct impact on my business performance. I’ve spent hours on chats with multiple support reps and developers, and yesterday alone I spoke to three different people who all told me it was working correctly — but each one gave me conflicting instructions about what to change. If I hadn’t already invested so much time trying to make this work, I’d have uninstalled it already. If it’s not fixed by the end of today, I’ll be deleting the app and reverting to my previous setup. Right now, I have zero confidence in either the data or the support.

Really great support! i had some troubles configuring my Google Ads tag correct and they have helped me within minutes every time! No coding needed, just follow the steps and you are good to go!(as long as you configure the correct ads account :))

Excellent tracking solution with outstanding support" As someone without extensive GTM setup experience, I found their guidance made the process incredibly simple. While there is some manual GTM configuration required (importing the pre-built container for Facebook tracking), the process is well-documented and straightforward. I found their support team to be very professional and timely. Even when they didn't have immediate answers to complex integration questions, they followed up promptly and provided thorough solutions. The integration only works via the GA4 setup. Despite assistance from Customer Services—who were very responsive and helpful—we were unable to get goals working directly within Google Ads. In the end, the only solution that worked was to pass the goals from GA4 to Google Ads. This setup was the only one that functioned as intended.

The reasons I uninstalled this app after MANY hours of integration and attempts to correct data accuracy issues: 1. This app does not track the full information of the customer journey that I need through all of the platform integrations of GA4, FB/IG, TikTok 2. This app does not provide basic reporting and exporting abilities to track over time for analysis 3. This app has not worked properly with updated data abilities since upgrading. I have spent several hours (late at night) to try to resolve this with customer service to no full resolution. 4. My experience with customer service has been poor. Issues have not been fully resolved. Each of the six times I’ve started working with customer service, I have had to start from the beginning, going over the same information, with no resolve. I have been told that the developers would fix it, or be in contact when they did not follow through, or resolve the issue, or only partly resolved the issue.

The TagFly team supported me throughout the entire installation process and was always available to answer my questions. Their support was fast, helpful, and highly professional. Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had with a Shopify plugin. Bravo – keep up the great work!

The support is great and they seem genuinely helpful and nice, but I had problems since day one. (Google Ads not tracking, Meta tracking but not assigning events to the campaigns anymore...) I don't know if I just got unlucky, because I see these amazing ratings, but really double check your conversions because in my case both Google/Meta were really off. Luca

Easy installation, very good support and just a complete game changer when you need to track conversions on many channels. I tried to implement tracking without an app first, that was a waste of time when you can use this app instead.

Amazing plugin for shopify. And great customer support. Very easy setup for GTM Integration. Just a request. Allow to add at least 2 destinations in a free plan.
