Does what is says and MORE +++ I highly recommend this app to anyone that wants to tag orders or customers with product titles or something else. I also contacted the support team to help tag past orders and the guys there were amazing and assisted me with this request as well. Cheers!!!

The customer support team are second to none. Kets was incredibly helpful setting up our account & creating additional tagging rules for us based on some unique requirements. TagRobot works GREAT! They answer questions and it is SUPER easy to use. We use it to "tag" our retail customers from our website as we have both retail and wholesale customers on our website. We wanted the customers tagged so that we could easily send out emails to our customers using the Shopify Marketing emails. It works GREAT!! It was easy to implement and SAVES US TIME! We use A LOT of apps and this developer is the MOST responsive! 10 STARS!

TagRobot is an amazing app. It does exactly what it says it does. In addition, when I needed an upgrade it was done while the developer was on vacation. Also, done free of charge and all of you are now enjoying the upgrade.

Does EXACTLY what it says...very well. There is almost every possible option for tagging. And if you don't see what you need, a quick email to support will get that option added quickly. I needed help with tagging for a specific rule type and they had it added in a matter of hours. Can't say enough good things about these guys!

I have been using TagRobot for over 1 year to assist with my order fulfilment. The App is super easy and quick to add specific tags to either my customers or orders. This saves me a lot of time not having to sift through special orders manually, I can simply filter my orders via the applicable tags and then print shipping labels in batches. Kets has wonderful customer service - replies to emails quickly, happy to jump on video calls and always willing to assist. Highly recommend this App!
