Great little app. Had an issue with one of the tags not working properly. Turned out it was user error and Kets over at TagRobot created a new script that works perfectly for my need.

Does what is says and MORE +++ I highly recommend this app to anyone that wants to tag orders or customers with product titles or something else. I also contacted the support team to help tag past orders and the guys there were amazing and assisted me with this request as well. Cheers!!!

The customer support team are second to none. Kets was incredibly helpful setting up our account & creating additional tagging rules for us based on some unique requirements. The app itself has all the functionality you want for order & customer tags & is very straightforward to use. Would recommend this app to anyone.

TagRobot is an amazing app. It does exactly what it says it does. In addition, when I needed an upgrade it was done while the developer was on vacation. Also, done free of charge and all of you are now enjoying the upgrade.

I have been using TagRobot for over 1 year to assist with my order fulfilment. The App is super easy and quick to add specific tags to either my customers or orders. This saves me a lot of time not having to sift through special orders manually, I can simply filter my orders via the applicable tags and then print shipping labels in batches. Kets has wonderful customer service - replies to emails quickly, happy to jump on video calls and always willing to assist. Highly recommend this App!

There are days, and there are day when people make your day. The TagRobot team Kark Ltd saved the day! Our Shopify customers can now purchase a discount card and get "tagged" as such to see a special collection of products visible only to them. If a non-tagged customer tries to access the special collection, they will be prompted purchase the discount card. It works very well! The support provided by Kark Ltd is supreme, we couldn't be happier. So willing to help with a quick and friendly response. We are happy we made TagRobot our first choice. You won't be disappointed!
