Easy to setup and use. I don't use a SKU yet so I had to manually map my products from Shopify to QuickBooks. I was a little confused at first but got a quick answer from the support team. They also helped me correct a setting in QuickBooks. Great customer support!

This review is being written as of June 23rd, 2023. We are still early in our free trial for the app, but the best possible news is that a) it all works as intended, and b) support is easy, responsive and helpful! Not to mention, US based. As with anything, there is a learning curve, and we are still figuring things out, but the support has been better than I could have expected from an app that previously had no reviews and is very new to the marketplace for Shopify users. If you are looking for an alternative solution to the library of problematic apps out there intended to sync Shopify and Quickbooks Online, give this one a try!
