When connecting via API, only a limited and unappealing subset of the catalog is made available—typically low-interest items such as socks and underwear—while the majority of desirable products remain inaccessible. We reached out to support on two separate occasions for clarification, but unfortunately received no clear or actionable response. This lack of transparency and limited product offering severely undermines the value of the service for a business seeking high-quality, diverse inventory. That said, we must acknowledge that the Guess bags we managed to sell were of impeccable quality, which speaks to the potential of the catalog if more premium products were made accessible. Given these ongoing issues, we are seriously considering ending our collaboration with the platform.

I've recently registered with Sync2Fashion and so far, I'm impressed with the variety and elegance of their product selection. The items look stylish and well-curated for fashion-forward audiences. I also appreciate their responsive and helpful customer support team – they’ve been quick and professional in addressing my inquiries. That said, I haven’t had the chance yet to test their shipping and delivery process with customers, so I can't comment on fulfillment speed or reliability.
