This app does not work. The development team helped us set it up, yet it still randomly adjusts our inventory levels. As a result, we have spent hours trying to recover incorrect inventory numbers. The development team has been completely unhelpful. They repeatedly ask us to check SKUs and provide screenshots from their side showing “correct” synchronization, while ignoring the obvious discrepancies on our end. They appear unwilling to acknowledge that the sync is malfunctioning. To make matters worse, they even attempted to intimidate us by suggesting they would report us to Shopify. Instead of sending meaningless emails, maybe you guys should focus on developing a app that actually works.

Perfect App for stores with Duplicate SKUs that need syncing. I have multiple stores that are connected to our Shopify store, and our latest store required us to create Duplicate SKUs to work, other apps just change your location for the SKUs to the same and doesn't sync the qty after sales or supply increase, but this app actually syncs each qty automatically based on SKU/barcode with any changes to the SKU qty. Beautiful!~

The app works, but it's not consistent. We have multi-location inventory and it often messes that up. Sometimes with updates, it has a glitch and changes the number to something completely different than what we edited. I have a video of trying to enter "10" and it saves it as "44". Any merchant can see how that would be concerning. Unfortunately it happens more often than not.

For us the app is the best solution in the market. Nevertheless, you need to know some principals about the sync logic of the app. It would be very good to have these in a manual or stated in the app prominently. The support is fast and helps quite good in cases of troubleshooting.

Our experience with this app was a complete disaster. We did all of the set up, then had our one-on-one onboarding call to make sure we'd set everything up correctly before hitting 'sync'. Despite that, the sync itself didn't work correctly, and we ended up with inventory numbers all over the place - there wasn't even any logic to the numbers. Support at the time was completely non-existent and it put our stores in 3 different countries into disarray (and effectively offline) for a number of hours. We immediately switched to an alternative solution and had our stores up and running very quickly with the other app. Even though we'd logged urgent calls to the developer, we still never received anything other than a generic email suggesting we book an onboarding call (which we'd already done). Really appalling product and support given the damage it has the potential to do to your business.

For example, if you’re selling on-demand services where blank items are the core product and printed items depend on them, this app ensures your inventory stays in sync automatically. It takes away the headache of manual adjustments. A great feature is the flexibility—you can choose to sync all SKUs or just selected ones, making it hassle-free to manage and maintain. My only wish is for a bulk SKU (insertion) auto-sync option in the future, which would make it even more powerful and time-saving. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with complex inventory workflows.

Great experience, the app is easy to install and does what it's supposed to do. We have 3 different stores connected, the set up was easy ane the support team helped to do it. Highly recommended

We have been using Sync GoGo now for a few weeks and so far it has improved how we update our inventory greatly. It is so much faster that what we previously used. Their customer service is also very helpful.

So far so good. Been using the app to manage stock on two separate Shopify stores that have the same products. Pretty simple to set up.

This app syncs inventory for product variants! I just had to install and adjust my variants to a common SKU. The support asked if I needed help before I could. I offer belts in 10 sizes but they are cut to length per order. This app displays the total belt blanks I have per product so I don’t have to mess with each size’s inventory. So helpful!

We have 3 stores selling products in the same warehouse. This app is the easiest and most efficient solution to sync our entire stock. Excellent support that is hands-on. I could write a whole review, but the most important thing you need to know is that this app does everything, easily and exactly as it should be.

This App helped us greatly syncing stock of two stores sharing one physical warehouse! The app does what it's supposed to do in real time without delay. We had a sync problem (it was not the fault of the app). Support is friendly and helped immediately.

Just started to use the app. We tried a lot of similar apps. That one working great between our stores. Also syncing some duplicate SKUs already in store. CS was great, and got replies to our requests in less than one hour.

I love this, it helps with my inventory as I make my items to order and do not have a set stock of printed designs, lets me create multiple listing of shits, while using the same stock. I'm still learning how to use it, but so far i will benefit from it. And support is amazing, jumped on a call with me immediately to help with my questions.

terrible! complicated. i managed to screw my inventory of 500 products... EDIT after comment: the plugin is confusing and because of that I managed to set all my inventory as 0. I don't even understand why would you allow someone to set it's whole inventory as 0 in the source store....
