It supports copy and paste, XLSX and CSV uploads, and allows our customers download the catalog in CSV/XLSX. This save our customer service deparment a lot of time. This app has been really helpful, mainly on our B2B/wholesale side. Most other apps have the upload function, but what sets this one apart is the copy/paste feature. I think 90% of our customers use this as it's so quick and you don't need to worry about putting a .CSV in the correct format. The new feature for bulk orders in the backend will also be really helpful for our staff entering bigger orders, as we all know Shopify isn't very good at searching by SKU!

I haven't had any serious issues with the app so far, and any support with customizations or questions has been very friendly and helpful.

B2B is huge for us and making the ordering process simple for our retailers has always been a challenge, especially when working with RRP and cost pricing. Firstly, this app worked from the get-go and the ability to download a CSV of your catalogue and even choose what fields are shown was amazing. The best part for me - it will only show once the user is logged in AND it shows the cost pricing.
