Fairly easy to use and a good amount of control through Shopify's built in checkout customization options. Helpful staff if you ever have any questions, and are willing to make sure your checkout works at the best conversion rate it can.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this customer support experience was unacceptable. We used the app for two years without issue, and then it suddenly stopped showing post-purchase. Instead of investigating or offering a solution, Jack from support gave vague, unhelpful replies and failed to address the problem. Messages went largely unanswered, and the overall attitude was poor — not how paying customers should be treated. I strongly recommend choosing a different app for your store.
