Apps works great, it's pretty easy to use. Like anything kinks come up but they worked to fix them. That's huge in my book. This is going to take our sweepstakes to the next level and keep cost down.

Support is non-existent. Have been trying to reach out using their Zendesk support ticketing system. Submitted two tickets in the past week and was advised approx 24 hour response. Currently I am still yet to hear back and will likely be discontinuing use of SweepWidget once our campaigns have ended.

Your trial membership will turn into months of them charging your card and refusing to stop bascally just stealing you can try to reach customer service but they will not respond and keep charging you card so will need to contact the bbb

Looks pro. Unfortunately with the free testing plan, you cannot use most of the major useful options. Result is you see plenty of "upgrade to" links. This is very frustrating.
