Track merchant-reviewed return requests, replacement choices, and return PDFs.

SwapBack is a request-tracking workspace inside Shopify Admin. Customers submit return or replacement requests through a store-specific portal. Staff review requests, select catalog variants, attach merchant PDFs or create return-authorization PDFs, and export CSV reports. SwapBack does not support store-credit requests, issue refunds, create replacement orders, or buy carrier postage. Complete those actions separately in Shopify Admin or your carrier account.
