App used to work perfectly fine, but since today we get the error that we have reached our limit even though we should have 45 invoices left according to the app. Support has not responded within 6 hours, the only work around is to upgrade and pay more.... Quite disappointing experience

We have been using Sufio for over two years, and until recently, the invoice and credit export functionality worked efficiently. However, we are now experiencing significant delays, with CSV export emails taking hours to arrive. We understand that the system is being upgraded, but timely access to these downloads is critical for managing daily business transactions. We would greatly appreciate a solution or an interim measure to ensure exports can be accessed promptly while the upgrade is in progress. Reliable support is essential for businesses like ours that depend on these functions daily.

I genuinely believe no webshop in the Netherlands (and likely many other countries) can go without Sufio. After testing numerous invoicing apps, this is possibly the only one that truly handles invoicing and credit notes properly. Sufio is absolutely essential if you serve business customers who require professional invoices for their administration. While it took me a little time to get used to the interface, I now find it intuitive and efficient. Beyond the powerful functionality, the support is outstanding. Incredibly friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. Sufio solved my invoicing headaches . Highly recommended!
