So far, Appstle has been an fantastic feature to work with on Shopify. I have to give a huge shout out to their amazing team! They're so responsive, quick, and are able to change everything on the back-end themselves in minutes, so working with them has been great and very easy.

I am still testing but so far I am AMAZED with the features for cost ROI. Also I needed help with some advanced use cases and the support team answered in 2 minutes and then absolutely helped me set up plans specific to my needs. Shout out to Sebastian for the incredible service.

Appstle has good customer service, but there the goodness ends. There are so many problems, and now all of a sudden, appstle has quit sending emails to our subscribers, leaving us in a giant lurch. They didn't give us any warning about this. :-(

I have never had a simple help chat actually provide such excellent care and customer support. I wasn't sent any self troubleshooting or frustrating help articles, I was actually given help and support from a team of experts. I will be recommending this team to anyone I'm given a chance to.
