I was using another subscription app on a different platform and when I switched to Shopify I decided to try Appstle and I am very glad I did! This app offers a comprehensive set of subscription features and is easy to use. The customer service is Excellent, quick to respond and even offered me design options after fixing an issue I had. This is especially great as I have not even made it to the paid plan yet. Highly recommended!

Appstle help desk is so great! We have two shopify stores with two subscriptions, one with over 1000 subscribers. When I need help, they are there immediately to walk me through my issues. Today Ash helped me with a problem and solved it quickly.

I am currently working on a subscription based service - after getting in touch with the Appstle team ( reply was super fast) the team helped me tremendously as I needed a unique solution to solve my costumer's payments. Appstle does deliver pretty decent and robust control of subscription accounts to customers. The support is great and any issue is handled pretty darn fast which I REALLY appreciate - so 5 stars on customer service. My only constructive criticism would be that the admin side of Appstle is not accessible on mobile screens. As the customer service person working remote I am not always at a desktop and having access via phone would be a plus. It's not a deal breaker by any means. Good job to Appstle team!

Having used the Membership app previously, I knew that I'd be in for a safe and excellent experience with anything else made by Appstl. As expected, the subscriptions app is well architected and excellently executed, pre-empting every possible desire a merchant could have. Where their comprehensive configuration options didn't cover every bit of customisation, the customer service team was happy (and able!) to implement every change I requested. Team members Mona and Jackson were especially helpful, giving up large chunks of their time to help me set the app up for success. Excellent value and tremendous customer service.

I've been using Appstle subscriptions for a while now and It's great. The support team and specifically Sean recently went above and beyond to help me. I wanted one feature that was on the higher plan, but it felt too expensive to upgrade for that one feature, so Sean and his Manager created me a custom plan, I'm only paying a little bit more for that added feature. If in doubt always ask, worst thing they can say is no, but best thing they might be able to deliver exactly what you need - Winning!!! Thanks so much team :)

I have used Appstle for a little over a year and so far it has been a great app. The devs are incredibly generous with the free tier, meaning it's free until you reach $500 in customer subscriptions. I haven't nearly reached that as I haven't been marketing subs as much, but it's been a huge help in getting off their ground. Their help team is also incredibly friendly, fast, and helpful.
