Amazing best in class support! Not only did they promptly help troubleshoot an installation issue, they discovered the issue was with our Shopify theme (not their app). And, they fixed it for us (even though this is above and beyond expectations). Also the app works beautifully, integrates nicely, and look forward to the transition from another app that cost 5x more.

At first, setting up your own rentals/subscriptions might be a bit daunting with so many options available; but the Tech support has been amazing!! They helped me set everything up and made it match the style of my website. They made the whole process so seamless. Sharing videos and pictures to help me set things up the way i wanted them. They were very quick to respond (within seconds) and made me extremely confident in their product. I was originally going to just use the free version, but with this kind of customer support, i feel confident in signing up for a paid subscription knowing they'll always be there if I need any help. Kudos to the Tech support team, your service won you a long-term client.
