I use Shopify to sell my summer camp so I often find that apps don't quite fit my purpose and I live with less than ideal solutions. Appstle, with Adam's help was wonderfully versatile. The result is professional and easy for my customers to understand. I expect that it will greatly help with conversions by seamlessly allowing my customers to spread out the cost over several months. It is a far better option than traditional financing options.

Appstle showed lots of promise, but after trying it out we realized it was far from what we needed for our scaling subscription business. Although, they said they’ve recently revamped their analytics. They weren’t a better replacement for Recharge just yet, but perhaps we’ll give them another try in a year or so when Recharge’s outrageous fees outweigh their platform’s value. Recharge’s fees were the main reason we seriously considered Appstle.

Nothing beats the service. App works great, but when I wanted to do something a little more custom, an engineer helped out in minutes and actually solved my problem within a few minutes of even realizing I wanted to make a change!

STAY AWAY FROM APPSTLE! We had a very unpleasant experience with them. We signed up for an annual plan after getting "sold" that Appstle would be a better fit for replacing Recharge, but we were mistaken once we tried it out more, especially their analytics lacked greatly compared to Recharge. We asked for a refund several times during our 5 months of having their app installed to no avail, especially with barely using their app during that time. We finally uninstalled their app and asked for a full refund one more time, again to no avail, instead they tried to woo us with "revamped analytics" we didn't get to use all this time. This has been a truly bad experience. Poor communication, poor user experience. I highly recommend paying more for better alternatives.
