Appstle is awesome from the platform to the customer service/troubleshooting. I really like how they've set up their subscriptions feature and it has made it really easy for both me and my customers. It is also very customizable which I will be exploring more in the coming weeks. One of the best things about Appstle though is their customer service. Brooks and the team are very responsive and the lead times to troubleshoot and get answers is super quick - something I greatly appreciate as a small business owner and team of one. it takes a while to navigate at first (what new app doesn't) but once you get it down, it's very easy to navigate. I enjoy the control I have. I use this an independent patreon and because I do giveaways, i have to take precautions so people don't use my patreon as a quick raffle ticket. appstle allows me to lock subs in for any duration. mine is 3 months. again, I do this to keep the people who abuse my subscription away from it. I REALLY needed that feature because there were so many people abusing my subscription to win something for free quick. the customer service has always been fantastic. easy to reach someone and they go above and beyond. I've been with them for about 6 months now and plan on staying!

Simple to navigate, love using it for selling my monthly mail subscription. haven’t had many issues at all and even if I do, their customer service is very quick and helpful!
