Run far away. We’ve used this app for a while, and it has only gotten worse. We’ve dealt with constant issues, and their support team is consistently dismissive, deflecting blame onto Shopify and refusing to take responsibility, even when we provide proof. The positive reviews are either fake or from stores that aren’t doing enough volume to notice the problems yet.

I'm new at e-commerce and so making Shopify website was a daunting task. There was so much I wanted to do but apps were needed and I thought it would be difficult. I'm so happy to say Appstle has made it so easy! There's so many options and integrations. It's powerful but also simple to add! The best part so far has been the incredible customer service. Typing a message into a chat I was thinking I'd get a bot, but instead I was immediately helped by a real person who was more than helpful!! Wow! No more being timid about my store integrations when Appstle is installed. So good!

I reached out for help customizing my subscription widget, and Brooks went above and beyond — adjusting the layout, hiding unwanted elements, changing colors, enlarging the “save %” badge, and refining the widget width to match my branding perfectly. Every request was handled instantly, clearly, and professionally. The support team truly feels like a partner who wants your store to look perfect. Easy to configure and enterprise feeling subscription application, live help through the app is a great help in finding how to set up some of the more complex features.
