Their customer service via instant message is fantastic!!! ... if you are concerned about faceless organizations, Appstle is the answer, they respond within minutes and have simply taken care of settings, etc ... that we couldn't find in the menu system.

Responsive support, reasonably priced compared to competitors, lots of setting depth, inc retention flows and very customisable customer portal. All worth 5 stars. Critique: Confusing split settings across Shop settings, customer portal and other settings. And despite reasonable cost noted above, if wanting automation APIs for flows and webhooks that can add $100-300 to the plans ads add-ons.

Richard was top-notch customer service. I was getting frustrated trying to fix an issue and he was able to get it fixed and also pretty fast. Highly recommend this app just on service alone. Been using it for a couple of years now. No complaints. I've used it on every store.
