The Appstle Subscriptions app is highly versatile and robust, perfectly suited to our growing needs for offering subscriptions to our customers. We switched from Bold Subscriptions to Appstle because Appstle offers more features, has a flat monthly cost, and does not charge commission fees on transactions, unlike Bold. Additionally, Appstle has a fantastic support team that is responsive and always available to assist us with questions or adjustments. They help us identify and resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.

Customer service has been responsive and helpful when I have needed to reach out. Sometimes I am frustrated that I have to reach out to customer service. For example, we recently changed our theme for our website, and the theme did not automatically pull over all of the necessary elements from our customer portal (we were missing the "manage subscriptions" button). This was not a fix I could do on my own - nor was it something that I realized was a problem until a customer reached out, which doesn't help my company's image. Sometimes it feels like there are too many options and apps in Shopify, and it is difficult to anticipate how one change might impact other elements. I acknowledge that this is difficult to manage on the tech side - especially among multiple entities, and it is still frustrating as a business owner. Mostly, I think it is a helpful app. Aside from this recent frustration the only other wish that I have for the app is a way to export future orders (knowing that people can always pause or skip), but this function would be helpful in forecasting.

Henry was incredibly helpful and a true lifesaver! After watching countless YouTube videos without finding the answers I needed, I was thrilled to get such prompt and detailed assistance from him. He provided me with comprehensive Loom videos that walked me through each step of the process, making everything so much easier to understand. Easy to setup. Also fast response through the chat, and if your still having trouble or need confirmation on something they will setup a call to walk you through whatever your trying to do.

We switched our subscription app about a month ago to Appstle, and are so far very happy with the experience. The migration process went smoothly, the staff has been responsive, helpful and friendly whenever we've had questions or ran into UI/UX issues, and the app performance has been reliable and clean.
