Great Customer Service, Helped migrate all customers from an old app quick and easy.

The team were great. Nothing was too much trouble. We even got on a Google Meets Call to sort some things out and then when the major issue was sorted I had some small cosmetic issues which they quickly sorted out without any fuss. Really great customer service.

Great customer service. Setup takes some time to read through and understand the settings but all the information is there to easily do it yourself. Any time I've had a question there was a response from an actual person within a few minutes.

First off, the migration team is great. I migrated from ReCharge to Appstle. The only hiccups I had were on ReCharge's side. When I tried to add the Appstle team, ReCharge would deny them access. I had to manually create an API and share it with the support team (not a big deal). Also, you need to re-enable (or enable) Stripe payments. Outside of those external two things, everything on Appstle's side was great. Just use the chat function and they are very prompt to respond. If support person is unavailable, someone else picks up right where you left off and continues the process. Big thumbs up to the Appstle team for a smooth transition. Thank you.

Just started using Subscription by Appstle. While getting things started, their customer service is good, responsive and helpful as well.

I was looking for a subscription app and I was looking for an app that has a lot of high ratings and reviews then I saw Appstle, 4.9 rating with 3.6k number of reviews, a data that speaks volume to me.
