It’s a good way to reward loyal customers, their support team is very responsive and won’t leave you hanging. They fix the problem within 24 hours and made the improvements without me needing to ask.

CSR was very helpful, asking the right questions to get to the bottom of the problem very quickly.

We’re using Appstle for a subscription setup that’s a little more complex than the usual “ship every month” model and the support team has been genuinely great to work with. They were patient, responsive and took the time to actually understand what we were trying to do rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all solution.
