the support team is so responsive, they really do get back to you in a few minutes, and they have the right answers and are willing to help you customize and code to make small changes if you don't know how to do it yourself. really top notch support.

So easy and SOOOO helpful! The app itself is easy to set up, although the support on offer is so good that there really is nothing to worry about if you do get stuck with anything. We saw a slow start, however, we have been surprised by the popularity of the subscription model and would recommend it to anybody with a product line that is endlessly replaceable.
