It is Dec 31st (New Years Eve) and I am still working on setting up my small business. I want to start a subscription plan for my customers so I installed Appstle within my Shopify Platform. Immediately, the chat window popped up and Brooks was extremely helpful by helping me set up my subscription page. I appreciate Brooks' help so much! had a little hiccup and it turned into a full on 'let me do this for you too' service! i love that, i asked 1 question when i descovering the app and that saved me having todo alot of investigation and work becuase they offered to help me further in a way i didnt think i could ask for. they personalised my wiget for my website to match my theme. it looks awesome! i also got honest advice to help it work better with my products. amazing!! ill focus on the creative stuff on my side and leave the tech with you guys. thank you!

I am very impressed with these guys/gals. As a DTC marketer the app is very easy to use. I'm most impressed with the support. I use "chat" and they reply within 1-2 mins, and then you’re chatting with a real person. Once I needed a more complicated UX/code solution, and they just did it for me in 10 minutes. I'm on the business plan as I think you need the Cancellation Management Tools I would highly recommend this app for small, medium or even large businesses. It has everything.

Very intuitive set up, great app to support my business. It took me altogether one day to set up everything. Easy to manage for both customers in the customer account, and for me in the backoffice. The support chat is absolutely fantastic, it takes literally seconds to speak to a human - so knowledgeable and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend!

Appstle did something most subscriptions couldn't do. Migrate active orders from Woo to Shopify with credit card, as well as Paypal payments. Hands down. PLUS the support when having issues is excellent. They are helpful and know their system like no other company!
