The app itself is brilliant, very user friendly and has enabled my shop to offer a new subscription service which we would have been unable to do otherwise. Customer support is extremely helpful and quick to respond.

Really great subscription app- esp for being free! Offers a lot of customization options, and is really straight forward for easy set up. I had some trouble getting my thoughts sorted with how I wanted to present my subscription, and the team was quick to respond and really friendly. I am Super impressed by the team at Super Subscriptions, especially Stefan. I moved over from another subscription service and needed some help with the migration and he was Super Nice and Super Kind. As I am not a coder, I probably asked a lot of basic questions. Even then, he was Super patient with me and was great help and a joy to communicate with. There are some improvements that can make the app even more Super, but with dedicated and professional staff, I'm sure these can be polished with time. I have nothing much glowing recommendations for the team and if anyone noticed, I hid 7 Super's in this review. They totally deserve more and I absolutely recommend getting this app. 5 Stars!

Great subscription app, easy setup with good customizable options. I have been a Shopify Expert for over a decade so I tend to ask a lot of questions about different aspects/adjustments..etc. and this app comes with hands down some of the best support I have seen in all my years.. support helped with customizing the app for my site too without hesitation. This will be my ongoing subscription app that I use and recommend to all clients. If you have ANY issues, just reach out to support before you get frustrated and they will get you setup in no time!

A huge amount of customisation across almost everything without having to dig into the site's css. Really happy with the customer support too!

We installed this based on reviews about customer feedback - but we were prepared to delete the app if it was all made up - it wasn't! Firstly - this is an incredibly easy app to use and install - I had 2 questions within the first few weeks of using it - I used the pop up customer service text system which was the only option and I was dubious - both questions were answered very quickly. I was surprised. On the first query they went into our app and sussed it out - and the next time they sent a screen shot which was really helpful and sorted it straight away. The app works well for us - the customer service works very well. Thank you to Stefan who is a stand out communicator. Highly recommend.

Doesn't quite match my very specific needs. But if you want a subscription on your store: This is the one. Simple, great custom options and beautiful display on your store. Also, they're very quick to answer and very helpful.

The app works exactly as intended. I also had the opportunity to to go through support, and it was exceptional. Highly recommend.

It's practically just like the other "premium" subscription apps but with a monthly price of free, if you're a startup or have a tight budget then this is your best option, hands down. Plus Stefan is the mitochondria (powerhouse) of customer service and will answer all of your questions in no time at all.

Quality product, and quality people behind it. Very much feels like a one-to-one conversation when dealing with Stefan, who is clearly interested in understanding the businesses he's working with so he's able to best advise how their app can help. Update. Finished month 1 and have 5 subscriptions setup. Auto renewals have gone through without a hitch and the ability to move customers between tiers and payment dates is really easy! Love this app so far.

The interface is easy and the app works beautifully, enabling a monthly charge for our club service. And when small problems arose, the customer support was fantastic, with a real-life human on the line to help us troubleshoot our problem.

As a print periodical we've been building our subscriber base using a different app that increased their cost 100% (unaffordable) and we needed to migrate our customers to a new app NOW. We loved the options available on Super Subscriptions and the developer Stefan is like a Super Hero. He swooped in and helped us migrate over 600 subscribers, handled any issues with super speed and even added custom code to our Shopify theme to make the widget work how we wanted. Highly recommend this app if you're new to subscriptions or just want a better, more affordable, option to process your subscription products! It's just pure awesomeness. Thanks Stefan!!

Finally, a subscription application that's properly integrated into shopify. It feels like it's native. Lots of options to manage subscription plans as you wish. I was helped by the support team who are very responsive, understanding and friendly. If you have to choose a subscription application, I can only recommend this one!

just recently downloaded the app and currently applying and testing out its functions. works very well and is super flexible and adjustable. in addition great & very responsive customer service via chat.
