I just installed this app today and completed all my setup. Everything seems fine and pretty straightforward. The free version has what I need. Only after I completed all my setup did I see the "Billing" section. The app IS fully free for up to 50 subscribers. After that, there is a monthly fee. The pricing is reasonable, but it needs to be added to the app details for transparency BEFORE people go through installation and setup. As of today, Dec 2, 2024, there are 4 tiers according to the Billing section (available after you install the app). All tiers have 0% transaction fee. Free: $0/mo, 50 subscriptions Starter: $10/mo, 1000 subscriptions Business: $30/mo, 10,000 subscriptions Enterprise: $100/mo, unlimited subscriptions Every tier includes: 0% Transaction Fee 24 x 7 Dedicated support Dashboard and Analytics Email Notification Manage Subscriptions Starter ($10/mo for 1000 subs) also includes: Custom CSS Business ($30/mo for 10,000 subs) also includes: Shipping Profiles Custom Email Html Enterprise ($100/mo for unlimited subs) also includes: Customer Portal Settings Build-a-box Custom Email Domain
