Bad experience... Honestly i'm rookie in coding, i actually spend lot time in working on gtm and learning how to set it,but something is still wrong in event coding... Only received some reply from the dialogs on their page(still late reply though) BUT MY PROBLEMS NEVER SOLVED BY THE WAY,IOS IS NOT SUPPORTED ,WHICH YOU SHOULD PUT IT IN FRONT OF YOUR MAIN PAGE NOT IN A 2017 SUPPORT ARTICLE (I ACTUALLY FIGURED IT OUT BY SEARCHING ON MYSELF BECAUSE THEIR POOR SUPPORT NEVER REACHING BACK) Then the basic function: the push and ask for notification subscription. What my certain is, smth definally went wrong ! The basic push not coming out after my weekend, not even the trigged noti, the published is also gone? WHOS AT FIXING? AND I'VE PAID A YEAR PLAN ?? FOR SUCH A WORRING PLUGIN?? I'M ABOUT TO PASS OUT BY THE TIME I POST COMMENT, STILL NO REPLY FROM SUPPORT IF YOU'RE GOOD AT CODING AND FIXING PROBLEMS ON SITE THIS PROPR GOOD FOR YOU,BUT IF YOU'RE NOT, MY SUGGEST IS: JUST WALK AWAY :( WORST PLUGIN EXPERIENCE

The free plan does not seem not very useful and no free trial on the next level 29 plan.. I do think they could at least offer trial on all levels. Also I actually wanted to give a one star review but the Submit button was only available on 2 stars.

This app is great highly recommend it. Helped me convert on some sales. Pro tip make sure you set up your abandoned cart automation. (Abandoned Cart was the function that helped me convert) Also - try playing around with you icon and image for the push notification. 5 out 5 stars for sure!

Had trouble, Reef emailed/called right away, took care of everything. Looks like a kick-a$$ product. 10/10 would recommend.
