When it works, it's great! It's easy for customers to use and is a bit of a 'set it and forget it' solution which is amazing. The customer support is great too, getting back to me quickly if I have an issue. My only reason for not giving more stars is the amount of emails I have to go through, apologising to customers that the student discount didn't work. Having to apologise to customers for an issue that isn't yours is annoying and a real shame. (80% of my customer emails are about a student discount not working) Like I said, the support is quick on adding to the database, and they have added some features for shop owners to add universities to the database (I haven't received confirmation on these entries yet) but for every customer that emails asking why it isn't working, I'm sure there are more that just give up and shop elsewhere. I think these features are a step in the right direction, but I can't give it more stars for the amount of emails and my own discount codes that I have sent out because of the delay.
