Easy to use app, does exactly what it says and makes offering student discount easy! Team are great at helping with an little adjustments, fast and very responsive. Would recommend

We added Easy Student Discounts to our store a few months ago, and it’s been a game‑changer - easy to install, integrates smoothly with our Shopify admin, and the student verification process (via university email) works reliably. The setup was quick and intuitive, and directing students to a dedicated discount‐page feels very professional. What stands out is the support: whenever we had a question, the team responded fast and helped us sort things out. Thanks to this app, we’re able to offer meaningful incentives to student customers - highly recommend.

It's easy to set up, but I have an issue to solve, so I contacted the customer service at least 3 times in a week, but no one ever response.

*Update* I have adjusted my review up to 4 stars as the request a University feature seems to be working, and the workflow I have now for dealing with faulty emails is more streamlined. (Original review) When it works, it's great! It's easy for customers to use and is a bit of a 'set it and forget it' solution which is amazing. The customer support is great too, getting back to me quickly if I have an issue. My only reason for not giving more stars is the amount of emails I have to go through, apologising to customers that the student discount didn't work. Having to apologise to customers for an issue that isn't yours is annoying and a real shame. (80% of my customer emails are about a student discount not working) Like I said, the support is quick on adding to the database, and they have added some features for shop owners to add universities to the database (I haven't received confirmation on these entries yet) but for every customer that emails asking why it isn't working, I'm sure there are more that just give up and shop elsewhere. I think these features are a step in the right direction, but I can't give it more stars for the amount of emails and my own discount codes that I have sent out because of the delay.

The installation is very simple and easy, and the customer representative takes care of the customer when you get stuck. it is definitely an application that should be used.
