App works for everything we needed. Took a few goes to get the sessions / service the way we liked, but not too difficult to achieve. Had one issue that needed tech support, response was excellent. Got back to us within 10 minutes of message. Problem resolved within an hour. Would recommend.

Best customer support I have ever received from a shopify app. Their support team was not only quick to respond, but also significantly more helpful than I had anticipated. I required a feature that was outside the scope of what the app claims to offer and they were able to edit the code to fulfil my needs. Couldn't recommend this app more!

This app is the best appointment app in the Shopify market. I have tried a few more apps, but they don't match my requirements. And the technical support solved my problem quite soon.

I had difficulty integrating the app onto my product page. Reached out to the app's support and received help right away in under 10 mins! I am very pleased with support, however the app is difficult to setup, and some settings are glitchy.

This app seems to work well. I had issues integrating it into my page but Daniel from Customer Support was very quick in responding and getting it sorted. I then had an issue of people not being able to go through the full booking procedure. Again Daniel was very prompt in getting the issue sorted out. I have only had the app two days but bookings are now flowing through and customers are saying it was easy to book. I initially dropped one star off as there were initial issues but the customer support was very quick in sorting it all out so I give it 5 stars.
