As a florist, it’s essential for our customers to easily choose their preferred delivery or pickup date — and this app makes that possible! When I switched to Shopify, I was initially worried to see that feature wasn’t built in, but after a quick search, the Bird App turned out to be the perfect solution. It’s worked wonders for our shop and integrates seamlessly with our POS tablet. I especially love that it syncs with our Google Calendar, allows for customizable rates and delivery charges (or uses your existing Shopify settings), and is very reasonably priced. The support team deserves a special mention — getting in touch and setting up a video call was smooth and easy. They went above and beyond to answer all my questions and even helped with some Shopify back-end setup outside of their own app. Highly recommend!

We’ve been using the Bird Pickup Delivery app and couldn’t be happier with it. The product itself is fantastic—clean, reliable, and packed with the features we need to streamline our local delivery operations. But what really sets Bird apart is their customer support. It’s truly next level. Recently, we needed some changes to our order notifications, but our developer was unavailable. We reached out to support expecting some instructions—and instead, Niraj from their team went ahead and made the changes for us. Problem solved, no back-and-forth needed. This isn’t a one-off experience either. Every single time we’ve contacted support, they’ve been responsive, efficient, and incredibly helpful. They don’t just respond quickly—they solve problems.
