Looks great in our webshop. Once you have understood the handling, creating the forms works really well and easily. Sometimes you have to try out something so that all the information is available in the email. But when it works, it's a great way to integrate your individual forms according to the theme.

The functionality is very high for a free app. Has many of the features of the more expensive apps but it is all completely free. We use the google sheets integration a lot and find it very helpful. I would recommend learning some basic CSS for styling the forms. There are not many styling tools in the app itself.
