I have just started with this app and so far, so good. The customer service is good and Joseph guided me well to get my square and shopify synced up. I will update this in a few days after seeing how the app is working...

I have been struggling with inventory issues, and Made the request to speak with a member of the customer service team multiple times! Omar is the only one who explained the issue to me and fixed it (turns out it was an easy fix) thanks Omar! what a relief!

So far I can't complain, just need to talk to someone to turn some features on. BTW, the support team is fast.

Products randomly become unsynced and support are not able to tell you why and you aren't notified about it. There is no point in the app if it can't sync products. There is no documentation to follow and support just tell you the products are not synced and to manually add them to the sync list again.

Although there's been a few issues here and there nothing that the team hasn't been able to figure out and they do it in a very friendly way too. Highly recommend.

Omar was very helpful and patient with me helping me to fix my shipping profile to help me save money. This is one of the few apps that has a live chat to help you if you have issues. It is a great resource for Shopify.
