Excellent Assistance with Import from Clover to shopify 5 J. I had a great experience with Quicksync! The customer service representatives, Gasser and Arianne, were incredibly friendly and responded quickly to all my inquiries. They were patient and helped me resolve my issues efficiently. The overall interface is user-friendly and simple to navigate. Although the sync process can be a bit slow at times, it’s still much faster than similar products I’ve used. Most importantly, it never misses any information during synchronization. So far at least. Seems to do what it says. Customer service seems great so far. They had a rep IM me right when I was getting started, so very proactive in offering their support. And my customer service rep, Khaled, was extremely knowledgable on the features and even with Shopify itself. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of support.

If you care about your inventory, do not use this app. I contacted support because the inventory sync between one of my 2 locations and Square was not syncing. I was still slowly ramping up on the product, so only had 4 products synced. Well that support person managed to wipe out the entire inventory of 700 products. All my inventory was wiped out to zero. I only had 4 product synced and somehow the app felt entitled to wipe out the inventory of every single product I had on Shopify. This is horrible and could not fix the problem after 4 hours. I could not keep my inventory at zero for longer without any more sale so I deleted the app and now I have to refill inventory manually for 700 products. Stay away, this is extremely unprofessional app. I had good experience with support the first few times I interacted with them, but at the end of the day, if the app deletes my entire inventory, I can't use it anymore, this is about the single worst thing this app could have done.

Very easy to use and customer support is outstanding! Got the app and was able to get help with setting it up and getting everything imported and synced with my Etsy shop. Very easy process. Arianne is amazing and should get a raise for how amazing she is at helping new customers feel supported and confident with the app.
