We are Australia's first live stream company since 2019 we live stream all over the world. I do not recommend this platform, it doesn’t do what it’s suppose to do for our platform. The streams are always a different colour to real time which makes it hard to sell items if the color isn’t correct, it’s always blurry when connected, comments dont always show and they are also lagging to real time so we miss customers SOLDs, We are not satisfied at all with it or the customer service, we have spent so much time on this app and invested time and money and it’s very disappointing, the sales representative put a very hard sell on us to sign up with them. 9/10 times in over 12 months the app has not worked properly and has had multiple issues every single time with customer complaints and complaints from our team. When we report an issue sprii always have an excuse for the issues attempt to fix them and then we experience the issues again and again. Also when a customer says sold for an item there is NO way to contact that customer on the app! They also told me there was a next in line feature, well they has never worked either.
