Vi har fået en fantastisk service hele vejen igennem. I starten med Jeppe som tog os i hånden, og overdrog os til Katrine som ligeledes har givet en fantastisk service i alt lige fra spørgsmål, til problemløsning. Alt i alt er vi glade for Sprii som samarbejdspartner.

Fantastisk software, service og performance! Vi har afholdt live-salg i over et år og har aldrig oplevet et eneste problem eller udsving. Servicen har været hurtigt, fantastisk og meget proaktiv. Vi er glade for samarbejdet og ved der er så meget mere til live-salg, som vi endnu ikke er begyndt på, men glæder os til at prøve af

Sprii gør det rigtigt godt. Vi skulle lige finde fælles linje at gå efter, og der har været lidt småting hen ad vejen, som vi skulle blive enige om hvordan de skulle bruges. Men de sidste lives har gået forrygende. De er gode til at gå ind sagen, hvis man har en forespørgsel på en ting der kan rettes.

We are Australia's first live stream company since 2019 we live stream all over the world. I do not recommend this platform, it doesn’t do what it’s suppose to do for our platform. The streams are always a different colour to real time which makes it hard to sell items if the color isn’t correct, it’s always blurry when connected, comments dont always show and they are also lagging to real time so we miss customers SOLDs, We are not satisfied at all with it or the customer service, we have spent so much time on this app and invested time and money and it’s very disappointing, the sales representative put a very hard sell on us to sign up with them. 9/10 times in over 12 months the app has not worked properly and has had multiple issues every single time with customer complaints and complaints from our team. When we report an issue sprii always have an excuse for the issues attempt to fix them and then we experience the issues again and again. Also when a customer says sold for an item there is NO way to contact that customer on the app! They also told me there was a next in line feature, well they has never worked either.

Sprii har forbedret vores forretning på mange parametre. De gør LIVE til en leg og en vigtig salgskanal. Desuden er service altid TOP.

Sprii er med til at gøre vores live salg på facebook til en meget enkel øvelse. Der kommer flere automatiseringer til og dette gør at vi bruger en del mindre tid på at sætte vores lives op. Det har stor værdi når man har en lille biks som os.
