In Zusammenspiel mit Shopify funktioniert die App prima. Einiges Manko aus meiner Sicht: Wenn ich ein angelegtes Produkt nochmals über die App bearbeite, erscheinen bspw. wieder die alten Produkttitel.

Review of SPOD/Spread Connect App on Shopify: The transition from SPOD to Spread Connect has been an absolute disaster for my business. When the app updated, every single one of my products was flagged with a notice stating: “The print area has changed for this product. Please check whether your design’s placement is correct.” I checked each design, and everything appeared to be perfectly aligned. Yet, despite nothing needing correction, I was forced to re-upload every design, description, price, and product detail manually. This has been an incredibly tedious and time-consuming process, especially for those of us with larger catalogs. Adding to the frustration, customer support is nonexistent. I’ve been calling their customer service all day, multiple times, during their stated hours, and no one answers. Relying solely on email to address urgent issues—like needing to cancel or adjust a product—is impractical and frustrating. Clear communication and accessible support are vital for a business-critical app like this, and Spread Connect has completely failed in that regard. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of consideration for users’ time, the disruption to my store, and the absence of responsive support have made this app unusable. I cannot recommend Spread Connect to anyone looking for a reliable print-on-demand service on Shopify. Stay far away unless you want to risk hours of lost productivity and unresolved issues.

Super logisch und einfach zu bedienen. Auf Fragen oder Anliegen wird zügig reagiert. (werktags innerhalb von 24 Stunden)

Ganz OK und einfach zu bedienen. Was ich mir wünschen würde, wäre wie beim normalen Spreadshirt, dass man ein design gleich für mehrere Produkte generieren kann und nicht jedes einzeln erstellen muss. Das würde enorm viel Zeit sparen.

The design platform is user friendly, excellent products, Really fast shipping time and reasonable prices.

Handling super, aber dass es keine Möglichkeit gibt eine Sammelrechnung zu bekommen, verursacht unnötige zusätzliche Kosten für Verkäufer, weil jeder Sale einzelnd über das Geschäftskonto läuft. Auch keine Anpassung von mehreren Produkten gleichzeitig (z.B. alle Kinder Shirts) o.ä. nicht möglich. Wenn Spread also Maße ändert, heißt es jeden Artikel einzelnd bearbeiten.

I will say some of the things are useful But I have to agree with alot of the posts its a pain staking process to set up the shipping and your help file is not at all helpful. The way you have your shipping rates are very frustrating cause price should not be the determining factor for shipping. Either set up shipping integration or get rid of cost based shipping cause that is a nightmare to set up in shopify. especially when you have so many different products.

Spreadconnect is one of the best apps I've used for on demand printing. The ability to allow customers to design their own t-shirts using the Customizer, is clutch!!

Haven't had a problem yet. Very nice job! One note, check spelling on your big banner ad asking us if we like SDOD. Would also be super nice if the names of colors were capitalized so I don't have to change every one in Shopify. Thanks!

I love SPOD. Over the last 4 years, I only had one printing flaw, which I was refunded. Otherwise, it's been a great partnership. Moreover, the manufacturing warehouse is in the same city that I am in, so turnaround time for the brand is AWESOME. I'm looking forward to more years to come with SPOD
