If you like apps that won't reply to support questions then this is the app for you! Don't waste your money. UPDATE: I originally left this review because I contacted support twice and never received a response in my inbox or spam folder. After posting my review, the company contacted me and provided screenshots showing that they had actually responded to my support requests through their support system. For some reason, those responses were never delivered to me. Based on that information, I was prepared to update my original review because it appeared to be an email delivery issue rather than support simply ignoring my requests. The company then apologized and offered me a full refund for my last month. However, in a subsequent email, I was told that the representative needed to show their manager that my review had either been removed or updated to 5 stars, and that they would ensure my refund was “processed on priority.” I am uncomfortable being asked to remove a review or change it specifically to 5 stars in connection with the processing of a refund. I was willing to revise my review based on the new information they provided, but I believe a customer should be free to leave an honest rating based on their complete experience. I have therefore updated this review to include the full circumstances so that other customers can make their own decision.

Social Scheduler is an excellent Shopify social media automation app. The Shopify integration, product tagging, AI Reels, and multi-account management work perfectly. What impressed me the most was the outstanding customer support. The team quickly enabled Japanese AI captions and Japanese AI Reel voiceovers for my account within hours. Sophia and her team have done an excellent job. This is truly a great app. I have used auto-posting apps before, but SS-Auto Post is by far the best one I’ve tried. very easy to use, great app. Whenever a gremlin pops up (very occasionally) - they are on it, They listen to suggestions and and are very pro active with us as a client.

The app is great for stores with huge catalogues like us that need to post regularly on instagram. Support is also great, they are good listeners and tried their best to adapt the app fit some of our needs. Particularly the 10 slide posting which I believe can now be available to all clients. In this feature the app selects 10 products from a collection and post all of them, this has been amazing! We are looking forward to this same feature for instagram Stories which we hope will be avilable soon. The app is also good value for money as most social network planners are more expensive and are not integrated into Shopify to sync your products and post them. It saves us a lot of time!

We decided to leave and try another app, but quickly realised that when something works, there’s no reason to change it. SS Social Media just does the job, and the support is always quick and helpful. A special mention to Sophia for her great support she’s been brilliant. We’re back and staying for good!

This app saves time for creating posts on social media, it gives you creative control but you can auto schedule posts so you can post consistently.

So far, So Great. I am really LOVING this app. Very easy to use and to the point. I am getting so much notice on my Socials since I have started using this and I couldn't be happier I found it in the App Store. A hidden gem for posting to your Social Accounts with ease!! Highly recommend!

I've been looking for some kind of app for awhile to handle my social media. I was super overwhelmed with trying to keep up. I asked AI on Shopify for suggestions and it told me about this app. I downloaded it to both my shopify stores and gained 8 followers on one and 6 on the other for social media. My views on the reels have gone up as well. There was a little hiccup, but the team was able to fix everything with in a few days. Thank you!!

Support is never online. Worked great for awhile and it stopped working for no known reason. I contacted support and they fixed the issue after a couple of days which is reasonable enough time. However They asked me to modify my review and I was happy to after the solution was fixed but the holiday and I was ill kept me from doing so. I went today and I noticed that the app was uninstalled from my shop in which I did not uninstall. I go into my shop logs and it was uninstall and canceled by them since I had to grant them access to my store. This is not how you treat customers.

I love this app, it takes the strain out of time spent posting on different social channels every day.

I found it challenging to use. Even after upgrading, I could not figure out how to create reels. The below print says a 7-day free trial, but the subscription says 3. It feels like a bait-and-switch. Will try something else.

So far so good, having only just installing it today. It seems fairly easy to set up & use, plus it has a lot more options than the previous app I was using. I am looking forward to seeing what it can do to boost my business with the AI functionality.
